Relaxed atomic structure of a 15 nm diameter iron cavity with an applied pressure of 10.2 GPa. Only Fe atoms (red spheres) with a coordination number lower than 8 are shown for a better visualization of the cavity external and internal surfaces. A part of the cavity is also cut for sake of clarity. Blue and green tubular lines represent dislocations with 〈100〉 and 1/2〈111〉 Burgers vectors, respectively, as determined using the dislocation extraction algorithm (Stukowski et al. 2012) implemented in OVITO (Stukowski 2010)
