Roughness of the dislocation lines at T=5 K and various stress levels below the depinning transition. Roughness develops a power law dependence up to the correlation length ξ (denoted by dots) characterized by the Hurst exponent H1, which gives the slope of the curve. Upon increasing stress the Hurst exponent H1, as well as the correlation length, increases. Above the correlation length, a different exponent H2 is obeyed. Dashed lines show values of H1 and H2 and dots show values of ξ, all three obtained by the Higuchi method
